Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients diagnosed with ureteral stricture in our hospital, any age male and female; 2. Preoperative evaluation confirms that the patient has indications for surgical repair of ureteral stenosis, such as the presence of clinical symptoms related to upper urinary tract obstruction (back pain, infection, stones, etc.), impaired renal function, etc.; Patients had indwelling double-J ureteral stents or nephrostomy, but it is difficult to maintain for a long time due to complications; 3. It is not suitable for patients who underwent ureteroscopy for stenotic internal incision, balloon dilation, end-to-end ureter anastomosis or other treatment methods or the above treatment methods have failed; 4. Through preoperative communication, patients who are willing to operate and are fully informed about the condition and treatment options, and signed the surgical informed consent and informed selection notice; 5. Patients who are suitable for the use of onlay technique and ultimately undergo an appendiceal onlay flap ureteroplasty.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients who refuse to undergo surgical treatment or expressly refuse to use the appendix or refuse to share data; 2. Patients with decompensated cardiopulmonary diseases, severe bleeding tendency diseases and other anesthetic or surgical contraindications.
