No minimum to 75 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) patients with myasthenia gravis graded as MGFA class II-IV (myathenia gravis foundation of america); (2) positive serum anti-acetylcholine receptor antibodies (AchR Ab); (3) patients aged <=75 years; (4) myasthenia gravis complicated with thymoma of Masaoka-Koga stage I, II or III.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) myasthenic weakness requiring intubation (MGFA Class V); (2) daily usage of pyridostigmine >=360mg; (3) patients with impaired cardiac, kidney, liver or lung function and had a great risk; (4) patients who refuse to undergo R-SET or VAT-SET.
