Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients with repeated transplant failure: Inclusion criteria: (1) Aged <=35 years old; (2) Regular menstrual cycle; (3) Baseline follicle stimulating hormone (FSH) <12 IU/L; (4) Infertility, pure fallopian tube or/and male factor; (5) experienced two or more ET cycle failures; (6) At least 2 high-quality day 3 embryos or 1 high-quality day 5 blastocyst are used for ET. Routine patients: Inclusion criteria: (1) Aged <=35 years old; (2) Regular menstrual cycle; (3) Baseline follicle stimulating hormone (FSH) <12 IU/L; (4) Infertility, pure fallopian tube or/and male factor; (5) Have not experienced two or more ET cycle failures; (6) At least 2 high-quality day 3 embryos or 1 high-quality day 5 blastocyst are used for ET.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients with repeated transplant failure: The exclusion criteria are as follows: (1) Abnormal uterus, such as adenomyosis, endometriosis, endometrial polyps or Asherman syndrome; (2) Abnormal ovaries, such as low ovarian response and polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS); (3) The endometrial thickness of FET day is <7 mm. Routine patients: The exclusion criteria are as follows: (1) Abnormal uterus, such as adenomyosis, endometriosis, endometrial polyps or Asherman syndrome; (2) Abnormal ovaries, such as low ovarian response and polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS); (3) The endometrial thickness of FET day is <7 mm.
