Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Good health, no sports experience, able to take care of themselves and participate in physical exercise; (2) Have normal communication skills, audio-visual and mental conditions to complete the neuropsychological test; (3) No serious bone and joint disease, no weight-bearing work.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Diabetes with serious complications, severe hypertension, hypotension, cerebral infarction, heart disease and complications; (2) Having cerebral apoplexy, Parkinson's disease, cerebellar disease, vestibular disease, peripheral nervous system disease and other neurological diseases; (3) Suffering from cataracts, hemiblindness, glaucoma, macular degeneration and other diseases affecting vision; (4) Suffering from dementia, depression and other mental diseases; (5) Patients with severe spinal deformity, history of trauma, history of spinal tuberculosis, tumor, or giant disc prolapse or complicated with severe lumbar spondylolisthesis and stenosis; (6) Fainting, vertigo, convulsion and other conditions occurred within the last half year; (7) Before the experiment, I participated in regular physical exercises for 3 months or more (3 times a week, at least 30 minutes each time), such as Baduanjin, Taijiquan and square dance.
