Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients who need to receive lobectomy and segmentectomy by VATS with two ports in one intercostal space; 2. Preoperative examinations are completed in two weeks before surgery, including chest and adrenal contrast-enhanced CT, brain enhanced MRI, ECG, heart doppler ultrasound, pulmonary function, blood routine examination, coagulation function, hepatic and renal function, and so on; 3. Without absolute contraindication.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. A history of pleurisy or a history of ipsilateral thoracic surgery; 2. Tumor has spread to pleura or tumor has invaded the patietal pleura; 3. Allergy history to ropivacaine; 4. patients receive simultaneous bilateral surgery.
