Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. over 18 years old; 2. Confirmed TAO; 3. Diagnosed dry eye syndrome; 4. Sign informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Suffering from other ophthalmic diseases affecting the ocular surface; 2. Suffering SLE, RA, SS and other autoimmune diseases; 3. Previous eye trauma or surgery; 4. DON (orbital imaging examination showed that the enlarged extraocular muscles compressed the orbital optic nerve, and the patient's vision decreased after the onset of the disease); 5. Allergic to the use of drugs.
