Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Patients aged at least 18 years old; 2.Patinets have no systemic diseases; 3.Patnets don't take any analgesic, anti-inflammatory and anticoagulant drugs one week before tooth extraction; 4.The mandibular third molar are impacted and should be extracted by surgeries; 5.The extraction surgeries should be limited within 30 munites; 6.Patients be able to express pain status.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. There are local inflammation or other diseases on adjacent tooth; 2. Patients are during pregnancy or lactation; 3. Patients have dry socket disases after tooth extraction.
