Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Selective cesarean section patients; ASA classification: I-II: age 18-45; weight 45-100kg; height 150-170cm; gestational age > 36 weeks.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Gestational diabetes mellitus; gestational hypertension; three or more times of cesarean section; other obstetric complications (placenta previa, placental abruption, etc.); cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases; kidney diseases; history of nervous system and endocrine; severe anemia and malnutrition or hypoproteinemia; water and electrolyte disorders and contraindications of spinal anesthesia.
