Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients diagnosed as acute and chronic appendicitis; 2. Patients who are operated under general anesthesia; 3. Patients aged 18-80 years; BMI 18-25.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Diabetic patients; 2. Patients with chronic inflammatory or infectious diseases (such as rheumatoid arthritis, lupus and enteritis); 3. Cancer patients; 4. Patients with blood diseases or serious liver and kidney diseases.
