Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Multiple polyps (3 or more) or with a family history of colorectal polyps or colorectal cancer; 2. Complete clinical datas; 3. The informed consent of the parents of the children is obtained and signed.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with cardiopulmonary disease or other serious basic diseases; 2. Patients with acute active intestinal inflammatory disease; 3. Patients with Peutz-Jeghers Syndrome (PJS); 4. Patients with coagulation dysfunction and bleeding tendency; 5. Patients with severe spinal deformity; 6. Patients with poor compliance; 7. Patients who are participating in other clinical observation trials or have participated in other clinical trials within 60 days; 8. Patients who are not suitable for clinical study according to clinical researchers.
