Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients diagnosed as lumbar tuberculosis before operation and confirmed by postoperative pathological examination. 2. Single segment lumbar tuberculosis in adults; 3. The operative method is one-stage lateral anterior lumbar fusion combined with percutaneous pedicle screw fixation or one-stage traditional posterior debridement; 4. Patients with a follow-up time of more than 12 months and complete follow-up data.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with previous spinal surgery history; 2. Patients with active tuberculosis, malignant tumor, etc.
