Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. 18-75 years old, male and female can be. 2. BMI ranges from 19 to 35 kg/m2. 3. Meet the diagnostic criteria of diabetes. 4. The patients filled in written informed consent form, basic information questionnaire, dietary structure and living condition questionnaire, and promised to cooperate with the study during the whole experiment period.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients was diagnosed with chronic or infectious diseases or major diseases, including complications of advanced diabetes.There are serious abnormalities in the physical examination. 2. Subjects who was diagnosed of respiratory and/or gastrointestinal disease. 3. Subjects who have had major abdominal surgery, especially intestinal surgery. 4. Any physical or medical condition that affects the gastrointestinal tract or the use of experimental probiotics products. 5. Use of drugs related to digestive tract diseases within two weeks, such as anti-spasmodic drugs, laxatives, anti-diarrhea drugs and other drugs that have an impact on intestinal peristalsis. 6. Currently or recently (within a month) use microecological preparations, dietary supplements or herbal medicines to aid digestion, or take large doses of vitamins or minerals. 7. Take probiotic products recently (1 month) or eat yogurt and probiotic drinks for a long time. 8. Current or recent (1 month) or long-term use of antibiotics or insulin. 9. Allergic or lactose intolerant to the ingredients of experimental probiotics. 10. Recent (within one month) significant changes in eating habits, such as the start of a fiber-rich diet. 11. In the case of a woman who is pregnant, breast-feeding or wishing to become pregnant. 12. A history of convulsive symptoms or mental illness. 13. Other clinical studies currently or recently (within 1 month). 14. Unwillingness or inability to provide written informed consent to participate in the study after the investigator has informed the investigator of the purpose, process and possible risks.
