Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Subjects aged >=18 years; 2. Permanent population of Tianjin; 3. The patients who were diagnosed as the first stroke by CT or MRI according to the diagnostic criteria of stroke formulated by the fourth national conference of cerebrovascular diseases; 4. The criteria for the determination of post-stroke cognitive impairment refer to the expert consensus on the management of post-stroke cognitive impairment in 2017 [1], which was determined as post-stroke cognitive impairment (PSCI) by professional cognitive assessment (MMSE combined with MOCA scale); 5. Patients without cognitive impairment before onset; 6. After treatment, the patient's condition is stable, without serious consciousness obstacle, and can cooperate to complete the evaluation and cognitive intervention; 7. Patients and legal representatives agreed to participate in the study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. The difference between the time of onset and the time of admission is more than 4 weeks (to ensure that the whole evaluation process is in PSCI rehabilitation period); 2. Patients suffering from serious physical or mental diseases who are unable to cooperate with the assessment and cognitive intervention; 3. Patients who ask to quit halfway; 4. Patients who are participating in other clinical studies that may affect the evaluation of the results of this study.
