Patients with simple mitral valve disease and persistent atrial fibrillation undergoing cardiac surgery:Nil
patients with atrial fibrillation and without obvious valvular disease:Nil
patients with severe coronary heart disease who needed coronary artery bypass grafting:Nil

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 15-60 years, gender unlimited; 2. Patients with simple mitral valve disease and persistent atrial fibrillation undergoing cardiac surgery were the case group;The patients in the control group were the patients without obvious valvular disease and the patients who needed coronary artery bypass grafting; 3. The LVEF of case group and control group were higher than 0.55.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with complex congenital heart disease; 2. Patients with frequent premature beats or II-III degree atrioventricular block; 3. Patients with severe aortic valve disease; 4. Patients with unstable hemodynamics who need large doses of vasoactive drugs; 5. Patients with pneumothorax, chest trauma and other factors that affect the quality of ultrasound imaging; 6. Serious infection; 7. Patients is participating in an intervention clinical study.
