Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients aged 18 to 80 years; 2. Preoperative ultrasound showed that the diameter of blood vessels in legs >=1.5mm; 3. Patients without history of varicose vein; 4. Patients who have completed one of the following operations: off-pump coronary artery bypass grafting with two or three great saphenous veins. Off cardiopulmonary bypass (CPB) was used to graft the aorta - internal mammary artery and the aorta - great saphenous vein; 5. EF > 40%; 6. Patients who had the first heart operation; 7. Patients without history of congenital heart disease or valve disease; 8. Those patients who have good compliance and can cooperate with the follow-up.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients who do not meet the inclusion criteria; 2. Patients with two or more cardiac operations; 3. Patients with heart operation accompanied by other body parts operation; 4. Patients with liver and kidney function damage (the detection result is more than 3 times of the upper limit of normal value) and operation contraindications; 5. Patients with other diseases requiring radiotherapy, chemotherapy and long-term hormone treatment; 6. Patients who have participated in other clinical trials.
