Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1600 consecutive patients with acute myocardial infarction in the chest pain center of the First Affiliated Hospital of Suzhou University will be enrolled for potential analysis.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) previous stenting; 2) undefined culprit vessels; 3) angina pectoris; 4) prior myocardial infarction; 5) normal CAG results; 6) viral myocarditis; 7) cardiomyopathy; 8) chronic total occlusion; 9) coronary artery embolism; 10) transferred elsewhere for further treatment.
