Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. The patient aged 18 years old; 2. CT/MRI confirmed acute supratentorial hemorrhagic stroke; 3. The time from onset to enrollment was 8 hours; 4. Sign informed Consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. After admission, GCS was 3 points, bilateral pupil dilation and fixation, without spontaneous respiration; 2. Patients during pregnancy or lactation; 3. Patients with serious heart, lung, liver and kidney dysfunction; 4. Cerebral hemorrhage caused by brain trauma, aneurysms, vascular malformations, tumors, and coagulation disorders; 5. Patients whom the researchers consider inappropriate to participate in a clinical trial.
