Age
16 Years to 45 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Early pregnancy examination at Guangzhou Women and Children Medical Center (Maternal and Child, Pearl River, Zengcheng); 2. The gestational week is before 15 weeks; 3. Completed the OGTT trial within 24 to 28 weeks of pregnancy.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Suffering from diabetes, chronic hypertension, chronic kidney disease before pregnancy; 2. Suffering from mental illness; 3. Language communication barriers; 4. Refuse to participate in this study.
