Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. under 7 years old; 2. diagnosed with hydrocephalus and brain dysplasia or subjected to more than 3 h of operation; 3. being the primary caregiver.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. child who has used a ventilator for a long period; 2. child with a known history of respiratory malformation; 3. child who suffered from infection before surgery; 4. child who had respiratory depression caused by central?nervous inhibition; 5. child who suffered from other systemic infections, such as infections of the central nervous and urinary systems; 6. child who had undergone double or multiple surgeries during hospitalization.
