Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: The inclusion criteria of the settings are care homes: 1. which have at least 10 people with dementia living in; 2. with at least 10 care staff working for people with dementia; 3. which do not have any educational activities for staff in dementia three months before study and staff training plan during the whole study period; 4. whose management level agrees to participate. All the care home staff will be recruited from the participating care homes. Care staff refer to all kinds of staff who providing care for people with dementia, including nurses, doctors, care assistants and other staff. Participants should meet the inclusion criteria, including: 1. working for people with dementia; 2. speaking and reading Chinese; 3. being willing to participate in the study.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: We exclude those who has any educational activities in dementia three months before study and have training plan during the whole study period.
