Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. The first stroke, the course of disease is 1-6 months; 2. Right-handed; 3. Aged 18-70 years; 4. Mild to moderate cognitive impairment, MoCA score 11-26; 5. No serious aphasia and can complete the cognitive test; 6. Stable vital signs and no progressive neurological symptoms; 7. Volunteer to participate and sign the informed consent form.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Complete injury of the left frontal lobe; 2. There are metal implants in the body, pacemakers or skull defects can not be treated with rTMS; 3. Previous brain tumors, brain trauma, history of epilepsy and risk of seizures; 4. There is a decrease in cognitive function before stroke; 5. Any neuropsychiatric illness and obvious affective disorder can affect the test results; 6. Any other factors affecting assessment and treatment.
