Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: According to the new diagnostic standard of acute respiratory distress syndrome (Berlin definition) published in 2012, patients with moderate and severe respiratory distress syndrome were diagnosed.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Patients with severe cardiac insufficiency; (2) pregnant women; (3) patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease; (4) patients with severe organ dysfunction; (5) patients with chest wall surgery; (6) patients with pneumothorax; (7) patients with craniocerebral hypertension; (8) patients with extremely unstable hemodynamics in the process of lung recruitment; (9) those who refuse to cooperate.
