40 Years to 80 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients between 40-80 years old. Previous or current smoking with >= 10 packs / year; 2. At least one respiratory symptoms (chronic cough, expectoration, shortness of breath) and / or chronic obstructive pulmonary exposure; 3. Patients were diagnosed with moderate to severe stable COPD According to gold 2019 guideline; 4. Patients with at least 2 acute exacerbations or 1 hospitalization due to acute exacerbations per year.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with bronchial asthma, active tuberculosis, lung cancer, bronchiectasis, and other serious respiratory diseases 2. Patients with severe heart disease such as heart failure, long QT syndrome and malignant arrhythmia; 3. Patients with other serious diseases such as: nerve, endocrine, blood system diseases and kidney disease, rheumatism and malignant tumor; 4. Patients allergic to macrolides.
