Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. From January 4, 2017 to August 31, 2018, patients underwent parathyroidectomy + autotransplantation in our hospital; 2. ASA II / III patients; 3. Patients who have regular hemodialysis or peritoneal dialysis three times a week.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with severe respiratory and circulatory diseases, such as severe coronary atherosclerosis, heart failure, myocardial infarction, respiratory failure and other basic diseases; 2. Patients with nervous system diseases: such as severe cerebral hemorrhage or sequelae of cerebral infarction, hemiplegia, aphasia, etc; 3. Patients with mental disorders: such as schizophrenia, depression, etc; 4. Patients with long-term drug abuse: including chemotherapy drugs, analgesics, etc.
