50 Years to 90 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Meet the diagnostic criteria of knee osteoarthritis; 2. Unilateral initial TKA; 3. Varus deformity of knee joint < 25 degrees, varus deformity < 15 degrees. 4. American doctors' association (ASA) class for I - II.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Having a definite mental or mental illness; 2. Previous knee fracture or operation history; 3. Abnormal muscle strength or activity of lower limbs caused by history of cerebrovascular disease or neurological disease; 4. Intolerance to Tramadol; 5. No subcutaneous congestion around the joint; 6. Related complications occurred after operation.
