Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Reaching the age of 18 years; 2. Histologically or cytologically confirmed lung adenocarcinoma; 3. The biopsy of bone metastasis in the spine comes from lung cancer /with typical imaging manifestation of bone metastasis, that is, MRI/PET-CT/ bone biopsy was required for the diagnosis of the localized lesions, while PET-CT/CT/ X-ray /MR diagnosis was required for the extensive lesions.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Radiotherapy was applied to the tumor site or pain site within the 1 month; 2. Non-cancerous pain or pain caused by non-bone metastases; 3. Obvious hepatic and renal insufficiency;Acute/chronic infectious diseases; 4. Inability to accurately describe the site of pain and to rate pain.
