Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. The patients who want to take electrophysiological examination and radiofrequency ablation; 2. Patients whose ventricular premature / tachycardia load is more than 20%; 3. Patients without contraindications of cardiac electrophysiological examination and radiofrequency ablation; 4. Patients aged 18-80 years. 5. Patients whose pain level due to puncture exceeds 4 on the numerical grading scale and who cannot tolerate the pain and require intervention with local anesthesia drugs.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with severe chronic lung disease and anesthesia risk; 2. Patients with serious history of congenital heart disease, sequelae of myocardial infarction, hypertrophic cardiomyopathy, dilated cardiomyopathy and other organic heart diseases; 3. Patients with pregnancy; 4. Patients with a history of drug allergy to propofol / etomidate; 5. Patients with blood pressure lower than 90 / 60mmhg.
