Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients who meet the criteria of diagnosis and classification of spastic cerebral palsy; 2. Patients aged 2-10 years; 3. Patients with significant spasm of hand and lower extremity, GMFCS level I-III, MAS score at least greater than level 2; 4. Parents can cooperate with the research and sign the consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with other diseases unrelated to cerebral palsy and uncontrolled seizures; 2. The patients had fixed contracture or deformity in the upper and lower limbs, and they had received orthopedic operation before the study or prepared to receive orthopedic operation during the study; 3. patients who had been treated with botulinum toxin within the first 6 months of this study.
