Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Gestational age =28 days after birth; 3. Infants requiring mechanical ventilation at 28 days old; 4. Blood tests such as PCT, CRP, blood culture, ß - glucan, endotoxin and other indicators of normal infants; 5. Sputum examination of Ureaplasma urealyticum and culture of normal infants.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with ventilator-associated pneumonia; 2. Patients (including dexamethasone, hydrocortisone, budesonide, etc.) who had used glucocorticoids before admission.
