Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients with two or more missing teeth in the posterior area; 2. Patients over 18 years old can cooperate with 3-year follow-up; 3. Objects in good physical condition; 4. After no missing or missing teeth, implant or conventional fixed restoration has been carried out to ensure that each implant prosthesis included has stable occlusal contact; 5. The contralateral homonymous teeth are natural teeth or patients who have been implanted or fixed regularly after missing.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. The diameter of the implant is less than or equal to 3.5mm, and the length of the implant is less than or equal to 6.5mm; 2. Implants without occlusal contact with the opposite teeth after restoration; 3. The patients with the same tooth missing or active restoration on the opposite side; 4. Patients with untreated periodontal or dental diseases; 5. Systemic or local diseases may affect postoperative healing or osseointegration; 6. Patients who cannot cooperate with follow-up.
