Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Pregnant women with obstetric cards in Shanghai first maternity and Infant Health Hospital; 2. Subjects aged 19-40 years; 3. The gestational age of the card was no more than 20 weeks; 4. Singleton pregnancy
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with hyperthyroidism, hypothyroidism, Hashimoto's thyroiditis, thyroid cancer and other endocrine related diseases or family history; 2. Patients who take drugs that affect thyroid function before pregnancy; 3. Patients with goiter were examined; 4. Multiple pregnancy; 5. Patients with other autoimmune diseases (such as systemic lupus erythematosus, connective tissue disease, antiphospholipid syndrome, etc.) and mental disorders / mental disorders or related family history.
