Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients aged 20-40; 2. According to the 2003 Rotterdam diagnostic standard, two of the following three standards can be met: (1) There is clinical or biochemical hyperandrogenemia; (2) Anovulation or anovulation; (3) Ultrasonography showed that the number of follicles in one or both sides of the ovary was more than 12, excluding other related diseases; 3. > 14 hours of eating time (time interval from the first meal to the last meal of the day, including extra meal), and < 10 hours of fasting time (time interval from the last meal to the first meal of the next day).

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with other endocrine disorders: congenital adrenocortical hyperplasia, Cushing's syndrome, hyperprolactinemia, thyroid dysfunction and hyperandrogenemia caused by other diseases; 2. Patients with infertility caused by male infertility and fallopian tube; 3. Patients who have used any steroid hormone, estrogen, progesterone to promote ovulation, antiandrogen, insulin sensitizer, antibiotic and intestinal flora medicine within 3 months; 4. Patients with severe liver and kidney dysfunction; 5. Patients who have been diagnosed with diabetes; 6. Pregnancy or lactation; 7. Patients who are currently participating in weight loss or weight management programs; 8. Patients who adopt special diet or prescription diet due to other reasons (such as celiac); 9. Patients with any surgical history of weight control; 10. Patients with uncontrolled psychosis; 11. Patients who drink more than 15g alcohol per day; 12. Smokers.
