Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients who meet the diagnostic criteria of Chinese guidelines for the diagnosis and treatment of acute cerebral ischemic stroke 2018; 2. Patients who meet the definition of bad; 3. Meet the definition standard of end: NIHSS score >= 2 within 72 hours of onset; 4. Patients who sign informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Cerebral infarction involving cortex, lacunar infarction, cardiogenic infarction, cerebral infarction caused by other embolism, unknown cause infarction, etc; 2. Patients who received intravenous thrombolysis, arterial thrombolysis and mechanical thrombectomy; 3. Patients who can not complete MRI examination; 4. Patients with neurological deterioration caused by post infarction hemorrhage transformation, early recurrent ischemic stroke, early epileptic attack, early complications, etc; 5. Patients with previous serious liver and kidney diseases, brain tumors and blood system diseases.
