Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Select the elderly patients with abdominal operation under general anesthesia (operation time 3 ~ 5H); 2. Aged 65-80 years; 3. Body mass index: 18.5-30 kg.m2, 4. ASA grade I or II; 5. The diagnosis of type 2 diabetes mellitus was stable. The fasting blood glucose before operation was less than 8.4mmol/l, the highest was not more than 11.2mmol/l, the glycosylated hemoglobin was less than 8%, the intraoperative blood glucose was kept between 6.7mmol/l-11.1mmol/l, and there was no related complications; 6. All the patients were above primary school education and could communicate with each other; 7. MMSE score > 24.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Central nervous system diseases; 2. Preoperative MMSE < 23; 3. Hypertension with poor control without regular treatment; 4. Liver and kidney dysfunction, water and electrolyte imbalance, cardiovascular disease or coagulation dysfunction; 5. History of nervous system disease and psychosis; 6. Severe visual and hearing impairment.
