Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: The diagnostic criteria are strictly in accordance with the diagnostic guidelines for chronic rhinosinusitis issued by the European Academy of Allergy and Clinical Immunology (EAACI) in 2012. The main symptoms are: nasal congestion, mucopurulent snot; secondary Symptoms: Head and face swelling and pain, loss of smell or loss, based on the above two or two related symptoms, including the main symptoms of nasal congestion and mucopurulent nasal discharge must be one of them, and confirmed by sinus CT, nasal endoscopy and other examinations Patients with unilateral or bilateral polyps of middle nasal tract; adult patients; patients who insisted on follow-up according to medical orders; all signed informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Have used any form of antibiotics or glucocorticoids and received immunotherapy within 3 months; posterior nostril polyps, cystic fibrosis, primary ciliary immobility, fungal rhinitis, allergic rhinitis, nasal inversion Papilloma and other nasal diseases; complicated with upper respiratory tract infections, asthma, or other serious systemic diseases. The pathological slides of nasal polyps are scanned on the whole slide. After automatic patch extraction, if the pathological pictures available for counting and analysis are less than 400 fields, the pathological tissue is excluded.
