Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Children in hospital who need colonoscopy; 2. Patients aged 3-18 years; 3. The child's guardian was informed and agreed to join the group.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with gastric or intestinal retention, gastrointestinal obstruction or perforation. 2. Patients with toxic megacolon or severe acute intestinal infection; 3. Patients with previous intestinal operation history; 4. Patients who are allergic to the drug ingredients.
