18 Years to 70 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. 18-70 years old patients diagnosed with CD patients; 2. Patients require ileocolonic resection owing to CD-related complications or failure of mediacal treatment.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. CD Patients require perianal surgical intervention, upper intestinal tract surgery, stomy or abscess drainage. 2. Patients who received antibiotics during the previous three months. 3. Pregnant or lactating women.
