17 Years to 70 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients aged 18-70 years; 2. Patients who meet the diagnostic criteria of nephrotic syndrome; 3. Patients diagnosed as primary membranous nephropathy by renal biopsy; 4. Patients with positive serum pla2r antibody or renal pla2r antigen; 5. Patients who did not use immunosuppressant in the past 3 months.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with secondary membranous nephropathy; 2. Diabetic patients; 3. Patients with malignant tumors; 4. Patients with severe infection; 5. Patients with abnormal liver function or allergy to treatment; 6. Pregnancy and lactation; 7. Patients with serious complications.
