Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Consecutive patients who have been treated with surgery for primary NSCLC between May 2005 and December 2018 are included.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: The exclusion criteria are as follows: 1. Patients with stage 0 (carcinoma in situ); 2. Patients with stage IIIB and IV diseases; 2. Patients with positive surgical margin (R1 or R2); 3. Lack of staging data, previous cancer history of patients, lack of postoperative immunomodulator use data; 4. Patients assisted with other synthetic thymosin (thymosin or thymopentin); 5. Patients who died within 90 days after surgery regardless of the cause.
