Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1) Under general anesthesia, selective carotid endarterectomy was performed; 2) Unlimited for men and women; 3) Aged >= 65 years; 4) ASA I-III; 5) Operation time >= 2 hours; 6) Those who agreed to participate in the study and signed the informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1) Patients with serious heart, brain, lung, liver, kidney and metabolic diseases; 2) Previous abnormal operation anesthesia; 3) ECG showed that the heart rate was less than 50 times / min; 4) There was acute inflammation of respiratory tract within 2 weeks; 5) Patients with neuromuscular system diseases and mental diseases; 6) Delirium within 2 weeks before operation; 7) Those who are known to be allergic to the test drug; 8) Those who cannot cooperate with and communicate with each other; 9) MMSE assessment (illiteracy <= 17 points, primary school <= 20 points, junior high school and above <= 24 points).
