Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Married male, aged from 30 to 65 years; (2) Patients clinically diagnosed with erectile dysfunction according to Chinese Guidelines for Diagnosis and Treatment of Andrology Diseases and Expert Consensus (2016 Edition); (3) History of ED for more than 3 months; (4) At least in the last 3 months, the subjects' marital relationship was stable and they had more than 4 sexual activities per month; (5) Diagnosed as DM for more than 5 years; (6) BMI < 30; (7) Admitted to Nanfang Hospital of Southern Medical University from January 2017 to May 2019.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Congenital malformations and anatomical abnormalities of the genitals that significantly impair penile erection; (2) Low libido was the primary diagnosis; (3) A history of alcoholism or drug abuse; (4) Suffer from any serious mental disorder; (5) Has any serious systemic heart disease; (6) A history of myocardial infarction, angina pectoris, severe arrhythmia and cerebrovascular disease within half a year; (7) ED after spinal cord injury or radical prostate cancer resection; (8) First use of a drug that may cause ED within 2 weeks prior to screening; (9) Any findings of clinical significance found during laboratory, physical and electrocardiogram tests.
