18 Years to 75 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients aged older than 18 and younger than 75 years; 2. ASA I - II patients; 3. Patients undergoing thoracic surgery with paravertebral nerve block; 4. Patients who sign informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. A person deprived of liberty by an adult protected by law (under judicial protection, guardianship or supervision); 2. Patients with atrioventricular block, sinoatrial node block or intraventricular block; 3. Patients with sinus bradycardia (heart rate less than 60 beats / min); 4. Patients with preoperative hypotension (systolic blood pressure lower than 60mmhg); 5. Patients with hypertension and diabetes before operation; 6. Patients with abnormal coagulation; 7. Patients who are allergic to narcotic drugs.
