Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients who have gastroscopy in our hospital due to digestive system symptoms; 2. Patients with positive HP rut and UBT; 3. Patients who have not been treated with Helicobacter pylori eradication before; 4. Patients aged 18-70 years; 5. Patients willing to participate and able to cooperate with the study.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients who took drugs that may affect the results of the study 4 weeks before admission, such as PPI, H2 receptor blocker, bismuth agent, antibiotics, etc.; 2. Patients with gastrinoma; 3. Patients after operation of stomach or esophagus; 4. Patients with serious heart, lung, kidney, liver, blood, nerve, endocrine and mental system diseases; 5. Patients who are allergic to the drugs used in this study; 6. Pregnant or nursing women; 7. Combine with other medical conditions that may increase the side effects of treatment.
