Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 20-60 year old patients with lumbar surgery; 2. The operation is performed by the same surgeon; 3. ASA grade I-II; 4. Patients without infection before operation; 5. Patients whose operation time is 1-4 hours; 6. Patients sign informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients whose operation time is more than 4 hours or less than 1 hour; 2. Patients who used glucocorticoid or immunosuppressant before operation; 3. Patients who were hospitalized less than 7 days after operation; 4. Patients who lost the visit; 5. Patients with fever before operation; 6. Patients with cardiopulmonary disease; 7. Patients who do not meet the inclusion criteria.
