Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. From May 2018 to may 2020, patients underwent coronary angiography in the Second Affiliated Hospital of Nanchang University; 2. Type 2 diabetic patients with myocardial infarction, type 2 diabetic patients with normal coronary angiography, acute myocardial infarction patients without diabetes, patients without normal coronary angiography; 3. Patients with complete data.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Diabetic ketoacidosis, diabetic hyperosmotic coma and other acute metabolic disorders; 2. Patients with recent infection, fever and other diseases; 3. Type 1 diabetes, gestational diabetes, pregnancy and lactation women; 4. Patients with other serious cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases, such as previous myocardial infarction, cerebral infarction, cerebral hemorrhage, old myocardial infarction; 5. Patients with severe hepatorenal insufficiency; 6. Patients with hematological diseases, autoimmune diseases, malignant tumors and radiotherapy and chemotherapy; 7. Patients who have recently taken glucocorticoids, immunosuppressants or other drugs that affect neutrophils and lymphocytes.
