30 Years to 60 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. This study was approved by the ethics committee of the second hospital of Shandong University; 2. All patients or family members sign informed consent; 3. Patients who meet the surgical indications; 4. Patients aged 30-60 years; 5. Patients with ASA grades I to II.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with cognitive impairment before operation; 2. Patients with history of severe hypertension or heart disease; 3. Patients with severe hepatorenal insufficiency; 4. Patients with immune system diseases, endocrine system diseases, blood system diseases and abnormal coagulation; 5. Patients with acute and chronic infectious diseases; 6. Patients with distant organ metastasis; 7. Patients taking antidepressants, sedatives or analgesics recently; 8. Patients who are allergic to the drugs used in the Research Institute; 9. Patients receiving hormone or immunosuppressive therapy; 10. Patients with a recent history of radiotherapy and chemotherapy; 11. Patients who changed to open surgery during operation; 12. Patients with perioperative blood transfusion; 13. Patients who failed to complete intraoperative data collection and postoperative follow-up.
