Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. From July 2020 to April 2021, the orthodontics Department of Stomatology Hospital of Air Force Military Medical University treated patients with malocclusion; 2. Aged 12-35 years, permanent dentition; 3. Patients with fixed bimaxillary correction; 4. Patients wearing transparent film holder; 5. More than 22 hours a day; 6. Healthy body, normal growth and development; 7. Patients and their families have informed consent and good compliance.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients who do not wear retainers as required; 2. Patients after orthodontics who need anterior or posterior teeth restoration; 3. Patients with joint symptoms; 4. Patients who had over expansion of arch and guided mandible forward; 5. Patients with bone malocclusion; 6. Other conditions that the researchers think are not suitable for enrollment.
