Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients aged 18-70 years; 2. Patients with long ureteral stricture (more than 5cm in length) confirmed by imaging (anterograde or retrograde urography, CTU examination, etc.) and with surgical indications are required to receive surgical treatment; 3. Patients who cannot be repaired by other operations, such as bladder flap, pyeloid flap, ureter ureterostomy and oral mucosa or appendiceal patch replacement; 4. Patients whose acute upper urinary tract obstruction has been relieved; 5. Patients with urinary tract infection under control before operation; 6. Patients who voluntarily participated in the study and signed the informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. The patient has small bowel disease; 2. Patients with poor general conditions who can not tolerate surgery; 3. Patients with abnormal coagulation mechanism; 4. Pregnant women; 5. Patients with mental disorders; Any one of the above shall not be included.
