Splint group:The mobile lower anterior teeth are fixed with a digitally designed periodontal splint

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) After periodontal initial therapy, the mandibular incisor and the lateral incisor were more than 1 mobile tooth with a degree of 2 or more, and the bilateral mandibular canines was not loose; (2) the probing depth of mandibular anterior teeth after periodontal initial therapy was less than 4mm; (3) the absorption of alveolar bone in mobile teeth is more than 2/3 of the root length, while the absorption of alveolar bone in canine teeth is less than 1/3 of the root length; (4) the upper and lower anterior teeth do not have edge to edge and crossbite occlusion ; (5) the patient is not comfortable with the bite, and strongly requires the retention of the affected tooth due to its aesthetic appearance and pronunciation; (6) the patient >= 18 years; (7) patients agree to participate in the trial and sign the informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Patients with tumors and severe systemic diseases; (2) Heavy smokers (>10 cigarettes/day).
