18 Years to 40 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1) Those who voluntarily participate in the trial and sign the informed consent form; (2) Aged 18 to 40 years old; (3) Body mass index: BMI >=28kg/m2; (4) Comply with PCOS diagnosis.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) Those who have used drugs that affect the determination of endocrine indicators in the past 3 months; (2) Diabetes patients who have been diagnosed; (3) those with endocrine diseases such as pituitary, thyroid and adrenal gland; (4) Patients with primary and pathogenic diseases that are life-threatening, such as liver, kidney, cardiovascular and cerebrovascular system, and hematopoietic system; (5) abnormal menstruation caused by organic diseases such as genital malformation and congenital gonadal dysplasia; (6) Patients with a history or family history of thyroid cancer; (7) Pregnancy, breastfeeding, and women who have recent fertility requirements.
